Q: How does Mobile Grooming work?
A: Mobile Grooming is a convenient, at home, one on one service for you pampered pooch. All the bathing, drying, and clipping is done in the fully equipped grooming van. The van is equipped with running hot/cold water. Full attention and care is given to each client. You’ll love it!

Q: How long does it take?
A: Each groom is specifically tailored to each dog. Depending on the service provided, groom time can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. While times do vary, we will provide the best service in a timely manner. PLEASE have your dog already walked and ready to be groomed upon my arrival in consideration of keeping within the alloted time frame.

Q: Does someone need to be home? Can I leave during my appointment?
A: I try to make Mobile Grooming as convenient as possible. If you wish to leave a way for me to enter with your consent, I will gladly take care of your fur baby. If possible, make sure the dogs are in an area easily accessible. You may also leave during an appointment, but PLEASE be sure you leave a way for me to put your dog back in the home. Many times clients overestimate the time it takes and are not back in time. Out of respect for the next appointment time, make sure you either are back in the allotted time or leave a door open!

Q: Can I refer a friend?
A: I’m so grateful for all the support! However, due to limited space, please check with me before referring a friend. I want everyone to enjoy the luxury of Mobile Grooming, but realistically there is not enough time. Please check in to see if I am taking new appointments at the moment.

Q: What is a Full groom?
A: A full groom is considered “the works.” It includes a bath, ear cleaning, anal expression, sanitary trim, nail filing, and haircut of choice.
Specialty shampoo can added for an additional charge.

Q: What types of payment do you take?
A: Cash, Checks, Credit. Venmo and PayPal are also accepted.

Q: Can you send me the bill if I’m not home?
A: Yes. An invoice can be sent to email of choice or you may send payment through Venmo or PayPal. All invoices sent to an email, however, will be charged an additional $3.00 convenience fee. PLEASE TAKE NOTE, any invoice left unpaid by the end of the day, will automatically incur a $20.00 LATE FEE. This fee applies also to any payments NOT received by THE END OF DAY!!

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call or text to book your appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure you are scheduled for your next grooming. No appointments will be booked without prior confirmation from you. If you do not confirm either the date offered, you do not have an appointment!

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment.
A: Yes! However, please be mindful and allow at least 24 hours notice. While I will try my best to accommodate you as soon as possible, due to a busy schedule, please understand there is no guarantee you will get the time asked for. If at all possible please try and keep your original appointment. If you cancel last minute (less than 24 hours) you will be charged a $25 CANCELLATION FEE. SAME DAY cancellations will be charged the ENTIRE PRICE OF SERVICE!!

Q: Is Mobile Grooming a good choice for my senior dog/puppy?
A: It’s an excellent choice for any dog needing special attention. One on one grooming means that each dog will receive care and attention tailored to their needs. It’s removes the stress out of the normal grooming experience.

Q: I forgot to book an appointment, can I be put on a wait list?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to high volume of appointments, last minute bookings will be given the first available opening. If there is a cancellation in your area, you may be considered for the spot, but it is no guarantee you will receive an earlier appointment time. Please plan accordingly.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: I service Smyrna, Marietta, Sandy Springs and parts of Metro Atlanta. I also have selective days in the Alpharetta area. Text or call to make sure I service your area before booking.

Q: How often should I get my dog groomed?
A: Every dog is different, but usually anywhere from 4-8 weeks. The length of coat and needs of dog can cause time to vary. In between brushing and combing can help extend time between grooms and keep coats in top shape.
